ORGANIC CHAMOMILE
Chamomile gets its name from the Greek "chamai melon", which means "ground apple". And there is a crisp apple finish to camomile tea, muddled beneath cosy earth and layers of delicate florals. We source our chamomile flowers from Egypt - thery're premium grade, certified organic and endlessly versatile. Add a little honey to your chamomile for sweet desert tea, or brew with a slice of red apple to really round out those fruity notes. Chamomile's a staple in sleepy-time blends, and it pairs fantastically with lavender, ginger or peppermint. Generally, it's best to slightly under-steep the flowers: you'll preserve that light, meadow-fresh flavour.
